Mr. Cestaro earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Virginia. He completed his Prosthetic and Orthotic training at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He earned his certification in 1991.

Mr. Cestaro earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Virginia. After serving our country as a military pilot, he completed his Prosthetic and Orthotic training at New York University. He earned his certification in 1968. He is past president of many national organizations for the Orthotic and Prosthetic field, including AAOP and AOPA and was awarded a lifetime achievement award for his dedicated service to improving our field.

​Adult Prosthetics

Ms. Cestaro acquired her Prosthetic Technology degree from Harmarville Technical Institute in Pittsburgh, PA. She joined RPI in 1992 as a technician while completing her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Shenandoah University. She completed her Prosthetic and Orthotic training at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She earned her certification in 1998. Ms. Cestaro currently assists with teaching the Prosthetics and Orthotics class at Shenandoah University's Doctoral in Physical Therapy program.

Meghan Strozeski, CPO

Pediatric Orthotics/Prosthetics, Cranial Remolding Orthoses

 

Ms. Strozeski earned her Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX. She completed her Prosthetic and Orthotic training through the University of Hartford. Ms.Strozeski has a special interest in pediatric orthotics and completed her residency at the Connecticut Children's Medical Center in Hartford, CT. She earned her certification in 2008.

Mary Virginia Paletta, CPO

Pediatric and Adult Prosthetics and Orthotics

Ms. Paletta earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University where she was a member of the Pride of West Virginia, the Mountaineer Marching Band. She completed her Prosthetic and Orthotics training at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.  Ms. Paletta received her certification in 2009. She currently serves and an orthotic examiner for the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics.

Over-the-Counter Orthotics and Therapeutic Shoes

Ms. Martin joined RPI as a secretary and was soon promoted to the manager of our Martinsburg, WV, branch office. Desiring to further expand her knowledge and skills, she completed a pre-certification course, fulfilled eligibility requirements and passed the exams to become certified as a orthotic fitter and a therapeutic shoes fitter by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics.

Ms. Shipe joined RPI as an administrative assistance. Desiring to further expand her knowledge and skills, she completed a pre-certification course, fulfilled eligibility requirements and passed the exam to become certified as a therapeutic shoes fitter by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics & Pedorthics.
