RPI uses a sophisticated, state-of-the-art scanner to capture the exact shape and contours of your foot, creating a personalized 3D digital model.
This image is reviewed and refined in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to adjust the shape, add padding or relief, or correct alignment. The final design is sent to our lab to fabricate custom orthotics made specifically for your feet.
